Please describe your job at Seven Senders – what exactly do you do?
I am working as a Supply Chain Analyst in the department of Business Development & Supply Chain Planning. My team and I deal with the planning and monitoring of the supply chain during the entire customer life cycle. What I particularly like is that I have such a wide range of responsibilities: I calculate offers, create go-live solutions, monitor costs and take care of the planning and optimization of our network.
What are currently the biggest challenges?
Due to the current strong growth of Seven Senders, it seems to me that every day there are new, surprising and challenging tasks to be done. This means that a certain flexibility is essential. In addition, my tasks as a supply chain analyst are generally quite complex and you always have to consider many factors to achieve the best possible result. But at the end of the day I always find one thing totally remarkable: the learning potential is enormous! You learn with every task and every challenge.
What fascinates you most about your job and/or Seven Senders?
The situations and tasks just described, some of them challenging, fascinate me about my work. Because of the versatility I never get bored. I also like the fact that my position involves working with many other departments at Seven Senders, such as the Sales, Parcel Logistics and Implementation teams. This also promotes the team spirit, which I find great at Seven Senders anyway. I also appreciate the mindset at Seven Senders: a modern, dynamic company where you can get involved and make a difference.
