Please describe your job as Senior Key Account Manager at Seven Senders!
As Key Account Manager, I advise and support our clients in the most important matters. I am their main contact person for all their concerns and am in close contact with them. In doing so, we build up an exact picture of the client’s performance in order to be able to support them in the best possible way. In this way, we constantly provide the other teams with the latest and most important updates. Another task of the team is to continuously expand the business. We advise the customer on growth, create new offers, and ensure optimized performance.

What challenges do you face in your job?
E-Commerce is booming and our customers benefit from it! They are expanding, more international, and more and more are coming. We want to grow together with the customer, increase the volume, and set off into new countries with them. In doing so, customer satisfaction is of crucial importance. Therefore, the tasks in our team are also growing. The daily consultation with the customer, the monitoring of the existing set-up, and the continuous expansion of the business contribute to achieving our goals step by step. We require a high degree of flexibility and sensitivity to the wishes of our customers, which can change quickly. In order to maintain our high standards for all customers, we are currently looking for reinforcements and are looking forward to welcoming experienced strong and motivated talents.
What fascinates you most about your work at Seven Senders?
Seven Senders is a young company that is constantly changing and has grown enormously in recent times. The scope of duties changes quickly, and I can use my years of experience in the logistics sector to change processes together as part of a team. In addition, we have a unique product consisting of a strong logistics and innovative IT solution. My motivation is to work on that, to expand and improve our solutions together.
