As a Process Engineer in Logistics Operations at Seven Senders, I'm committed to boosting efficiency and accuracy across all stages of our process chain. My daily routine involves diving deep into performance metrics, spotting bottlenecks, and working closely with our IT and Operations teams to refine our operational strategies. I've developed tools like a web app for our logistics service providers, which enhances data visibility at critical stages, such as sorting. This, combined with my focus on automation and no-code solutions, streamlines our operations from the initial pickup at customer warehouses to the drop-off at last-mile carriers, ensuring we proactively and effectively tackle operational challenges.
